The six people comprise the pilot, a doctor and four medical staff. The incident was said to have occurred at 1.15pm, with the helicopter owned by a private company.
According to the Chinese daily, the helicopter was on the way to Ipoh, Perak from Lojing, Kelantan. The condition of the six passengers are unknown.
An aide to transport minister Wee Ka Siong confirmed the incident and said a statement will be issued shortly. — Free Malaysia Today
