Convidecia single-dose vaccine approved for use as booster

KUALA LUMPUR: The Convidecia single-dose Covid-19 vaccine produced by CanSino has been approved for use as a booster.

The health ministry said applications for the CanSino-type booster dose would be available on the MySejahtera app soon.

Those who took the Sinovac or CanSino Bio vaccines as the primary dose could take the Convidecia vaccine as a booster dose within three months of the primary dose, the ministry said. — Free Malaysia Today
