KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 1,131,326 or 31.9% of children aged five to 11 have been fully vaccinated under the Covid-19 national immunisation programme for children (PICKids) as of yesterday.
According to the CovidNow website, 1,683,567 children or 47.5% of the age group have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
The deadline for children to receive their first dose under the programme is May 31.
A total of 2,910,553 or 93.5% of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have also been fully vaccinated while 3,007,101 or 96.6% of the age group have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
Meanwhile, a total of 16,084,603 or 68.4% of adults have received a booster dose.
